This video by Mensutra does a great job, it however makes no mention of Nonverbal communication. Actually the video is more about being able to analyse a person' s mindset, prejudices and beliefs, which is to say to say it more about being able to understand a person from within and being able to grasp the things a person would usually like to hide.

Mensutra which is Men + Sutra; sutra is a sanskrit word which means a religious discourse which is meant to understand the best ways of doing a certain thing.(Think of the word KamaSUTRA)

Mensutra is a popular Youtube channel from India, with more than 1.1 million subscribers. A lot of Indian youths see the Youtuber as a big brother kind of figure.
Note: His videos are information dense, needless for me to say that the Youtuber is brilliant and has done a lot of hardwork. Don't watch too many of his videos in one sitting. You may also have to his videos twice or so. The channel is in English and the Youtuber has also added subtitles, must say the Youtuber has actually put in a lot of work.
